- Contact us: 801-272-0242 Dave Robinson Architects was established in Utah in 1993, when the owner moved from Chicago, Illinois. This practice originally focused on master planning of Ninigret Park, and grew in design and construction of 11 large box distribution buildings (over 150,000 square feet each, with one at 278,000 square feet) and two 60,000 square foot flex buildings. CC&Rs were developed by the firm to reflect the standards necessary to meet the owner’s goals and Salt Lake City’s requirements for development. Master Planning has been a focus on a number of business and industrial parks, as listed in the attached résumé. We are acutely aware of the efficiency necessary to make the economics work for new development, and implement our past experience to improve results. The firm grew to accept other projects of varying sizes and types, including office buildings, shopping centers, manufacturing plants, distribution warehouses, additions, and remodels / upgrades, fitness centers, etc.
